Up to $10,000 homebuyer tax credit for first-time or repeat homebuyers (California properties only).
- New Home Tax Credit is available for the purchase of a seller-certified newly built home. Seller must certify that the home has never been occupied

First-time Homebuyer Tax Credit is available for qualified first-time homebuyers who purchase a single family residence.

CA Homebuyer Tax Credits are available to homebuyers who close escrow on or after May 1, 2010 and on or before July 31, 2011.
