Jennifer Bray's Real Estate influence comes from a long lasting tradition of passionate Real Estate investors as well as a career of choice in the family. The family's passion for Real Estate is evident from generation to generation and has proven to stand the test of time, even through the most challenging market conditions.
After graduating with Honors in Business Administration from Chapman University, Jennifer felt compelled to pursue her Family's Real Estate legacy. In 2004, Jennifer joined new home builder, Pulte/Del Webb as a new home sales representative at Sun City Shadow Hills. She immediately excelled within the company. In 2005, Jennifer was awarded the Prism Award which recognized her as one of the top Salespersons in New Home sales. This coveted award covers the entire New Home sales force throughout the Coachella Valley. During her career at Del Webb, Jennifer was also bestowed several awards for her Excellence in Customer Service. It has always been Jennifer's personal mission to make her Customers' experience delightful, which is evident in all her Real Estate endeavors.
While working in New Home sales, Jennifer met her husband, John Bray. The couple married in 2008 and are now blessed with their first son, Jackson Bray. In an effort to spend quality time with her son, Jennifer decided it was time to join her mother and stepfather at Nilson Realty. In Jennifer's free time she loves spending time with her beloved son and family. She also enjoys traveling, snow skiing, water skiing or just relaxing poolside with a great book.
