Living Room:

1 Sofa, 1 Coffee table, 1-2 lamps, Cable Ready TV, Recliner, 1-2 end tables, DVD player

Den:

 Desk, Wireless Modem(Wifi) for internet connection, chair,Futon/Daybed, lamp or good lighting.

Kitchen:

One dining table with 4-8 chairs.

As a minimum, please have service for 8 for Dishware, Flatware, Glass Tumblers, Wine glasses, Coffee mugs . Since your occupants often Entertain guests keep this in mind when stocking the Seasonal Kitchen.

4 Dishcloths, 6 Dish Towels, 4 Hot Pads, 1-2 sets Oven Mitts, 8 Cloth Napkins, Place Mats (helps to keep your table from scratches, damage), 1 -2 Cutting Boards, Colander, 1 Plastic or Glass Pitcher, 1 Hand Mixer, Broom, Dustpan and Mop

Set of Pots and Pans, Electric Coffee pot for 8, 1 Teapot, 1 Salad Bowl,

 1 set of measuring spoons and measuring cups, 1 Wine Opener, 1 Bottle opener, 1 garlic press, 1 pizza wheel, 4 Serving Bowls, 1 set of mixing bowls, 2 serving trays, 1 cream and sugar serving set, 4- 6 Plastic glasses, Toaster, 1 Electric and one manual can opener, 1 Cutlery set, 1 blender, 3 casserole dishes w/ lids, 1 waste basket, salt & pepper shaker, 1 knife sharpener, 2 cookie sheets, assorted bake ware (for cakes,etc), 1-2 spatulas, ladle, vegetable peeler, 1-2 serving spoons,

Rubber Spatula, Grater, BBQ utensils, including wire brush for BBQ.

Paper Napkin Holders (for Kitchen paper towels, and paper napkins)

Fire Extinguisher

Master Bedroom:

1 King Bed, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, 1 dresser chest,1 comforter, clock, phone, 2-4 pillows, 1-2 mattress pads, 1 chair, Cable ready TV, 2 sets of king bed sheets.

Guest Bedroom:

Queen or Twin beds, 2 blankets 1-2 mattress pads, 2 sets of bed sheets,

2-4 pillows, lamp, night stand, dresser

Master Bath:

4-6 Bath, hand towels,  wash cloths, 4 beach towels, 1 soap dispenser, 1 cup, 1 wastebasket, 1 toilet brush set, 1 tissue box,

Guest Bath:

2-4 Bath Towels, 2-4 Hand and wash cloths,  soap dish, wastebasket

Laundry Area:

Washer and Dryer

One iron and ironing board, replacement batteries (for Smoke Detectors, 9 Volt  ( Duracell batteries are not recommended).

One laundry hamper

Patio:

One Gas or Propane BBQ (if propane, should be filled), one set of BBQ utensils, one BBQ wire brush (for cleaning grill), lighter for BBQ. BBQ cover that fits tightly on BBQ w/straps to keep secured or keep on with a few bungie cords.

One table with 4-6 chairs, 2 chaise lounges, 2 Large Trash Bins

Misc...

1 Garden hose, 1-2 door mats, 1 step stool, 1 bucket, 8 replacement bulbs,1 coaster set, phone and phone book, basic tools, hammer, pliers, wrenches, screwdriver set, Flashlight, emergency candles and matches, or lighter, 2-4 Beach Towels.

Fireplace:

If you have a fireplace, provide gas burning log set and turnkey for the gas. 1 Lighter

Services needed: Cable (movie channels are a Plus!), High Speed Internet Access, Free Nationwide Long Distance.
